How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Australian Dollars. You can select which payment method to use. If you use the grey checkout button (not the yellow Paypal button) you will be able to pay with any debit/credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can also use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Is Shipping included in my order?
Yes, an estimated shipping cost is added to your order at checkout based on the size and weight of the work and your location. Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 restrictions, and fuel surcharges, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
How will my paintings and prints be protected whilst travelling to me?
Your painting will be protected by tissue paper, 4 layers of bubble wrap, then placed in a solid cardboard box.
Prints will be carefully rolled with tissue paper then placed in a cardboard tube. Small prints will be packed flat in card.
Original paintings will be sent using registered post/courier (depending on size) with tracking, insurance and a signature required upon arrival at your home.

Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
