Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is my payment handled in your SHOP?

For purchases made through the SHOP, your payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Australian Dollars. You can select which payment method to use. If you use the grey checkout button (not the yellow Paypal button) you will be able to pay with any debit/credit cards.  You can also use your PayPal account or pay with your regular debit or credit card via PayPal. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Is Shipping included in the price shown in the SHOP?

Shipping is FREE on all artworks (Small Wonders, Prints and Cards) to all Australian addresses!  Shipping to other destinations outside of Australia is possible, BUT please email me BEFORE buying your artwork so I can provide you with an up to date quotation

Is Shipping included in the larger paintings in your GALLERY?

No, these larger paintings are for local buyers, so the price shown excludes shipping. They are exhibited locally within Western Australia and can only be bought direct from the artist or gallery.

How will my paintings and prints be protected whilst travelling to me?

Your painting will be protected by tissue paper, 4 layers of bubble wrap, then placed in a solid cardboard box.

Prints will be carefully rolled with tissue paper then placed in a cardboard tube. Small prints will be packed flat in card.

Original paintings will be sent using registered post(depending on size) with tracking, insurance and a signature required upon arrival at your home.

Prints will be sent using registered post and tracking.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BUYING YOUR ARTWORK. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can quote you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Can I collect my artwork from either of your studios?
For paintings, yes you can. If you live in Western Australia this option should come up as a choice when you checkout. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. I have two studios, one in City Beach, Perth and one in Yallingup Siding near Dunsborough.

For prints, unfortunately no, as they are individually made for you, then sent directly from the printer.

How long will it take to receive my painting once I've placed an order?

Packing time for paintings is 1 - 5 days, then once despatched delivery within Australia is usually 2 - 5 business days, or outside of Australia 5 -15 business days (although this is variable!)

How long will it take to receive my print once I've placed an order?

Processing time for prints is 2 - 5 business days, as they are printed once the order has been received. Then delivery will take between 5 - 10 business days within Australia, and a little longer for other countries.

Who do you use to ship the artwork?

For prints and small to medium paintings I use Australia Post. For medium to large paintings I use the services of a reputable courier, such as Pack and Send, who have experience with delivering artwork around the world (this will be quoted to you on an individual basis depending on chosen artwork and your location)

What about extra large or high value artworks? I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I have have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the product details. Shipping costs for extra large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.

What happens if I want to return my painting?

If you receive your painting and you change your mind, then you have 7 days to request a refund in writing. Once approval has been given, you must pack and return the artwork to me, at your own expense, via the same standard of shipping. Please make sure you have selected your painting carefully.  If you need more information or photos before you buy, then please do contact me. After all, I want you to be delighted with your painting when you receive it!

What happens if I want to return my print?

I do not offer returns on prints because they are made individually for you when you order them. Please check the size carefully before you check out!
