Inspired by refreshing walk amongst the woods on a Spring morning, in the south west of WA, and the feelings of hope, gratitude and wonder the trees give me. 
 
This unique painting is full of layered paint effects and mark making - creating a unique artwork that will bring the positive feelings of forest bathing into your home.
 
Start Afresh has been painted from memory and imagination on a maroon background, so that when you look closely you will discover hidden pops of colour that add depth and surprise.
 
The edges have been painted in a tonal grey to compliment the painting so there is no need add a frame - unless you would like to. Please let me know if I can help you with framing.
