One Step at a Time

Walking the Cape to Cape Track is a long way, but there’s no need to hurry. One Step at a Time captures the pleasure of settling into a steady rhythm, breathing in the fresh coastal air and simply enjoying the freedom of being out in the landscape.

A celebration of those long stretches of walking where the destination is known, but the best part is taking your time and soaking up everything around you. 

Painted from memory, building layers of organic marks, paint effects and pattern to create unique visual texture across the surface, which is then harmonised and protected with a layer of cold wax to give a gentle glow.

Fixings attached for hanging on a wall or you can stand it on a table or shelf.
