This extra large painting leads you into a colourful, imaginary forest.
 
Bold mark making and vibrant colours, combine with more subtle details that you'll keep discovering over time - creating a striking statement that will fill your room with the magic of the Australian forest.
 
Kaleidescope was painted from memory and imagination, through a layering process that develops  organic mark making and fun paint effects. Paint is added using spatulas, spreaders, large palette knives and printing tools. Areas have been sanded and scratched to reveal surprising colour combinations and shapes. The surface becomes textured where thick and thin paint combine to create a unique appearance - then harmonised with a cold wax finish to give a soft glow.
 
Dressed in a solid oak frame, initialled on the front, signed on the back and ready to hang.
